Three-Level Underground Parking

The IPP-3E-2700 features a three-level structure, offering underground parking for three vehicles stacked vertically. This design optimizes space in your garage or driveway, enabling vehicles to be parked on the top, middle, and bottom platforms. When the platforms are lowered, the garage floor remains free of posts and beams, providing a clean and unobstructed parking area.

Standard Models

The IPP-3E-2700 is available in three fully electric configurations to accommodate different vehicle sizes and parking needs:

1. IPP-3ER (Regular): Supports SUV parking on all three underground levels, providing maximum capacity for larger vehicles.
2. IPP-3EL (Low): Ideal for a mix of vehicles, allowing an SUV on the top platform and sedans on the middle and bottom platforms.
3. IPP-3EDR (Drive-Thru): Offers parking for SUVs on all levels and includes a drive-through capability to basement parking when the lower platform is descended. This model requires a pit beneath the lowest platform and a minimum 8-foot clearance between the finished ground and basement levels. For greater clearances, the VTS parking system is recommended.

Installation Options

The IPP-3E-2700 can be installed either indoors or outdoors based on customer preferences. For outdoor setups, it is typically mounted on a driveway to allow access to underground parking. Heavy-duty galvanization is strongly recommended for outdoor installations to withstand weather elements. Indoor installations require careful measurement to ensure the garage height meets the clearance requirements for three-level parking, considering vehicle height and operational space.
